Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad


Ingredients
  1. 3 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  2. ¾ cup mayonnaise
  3. ¾ cup chopped celery
  4. ¾ cup chopped pecans
  5. ½ cup dried, sweetened cranberries
  6. 1/8 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for an hour to allow flavors to combine. Serve chilled.
Notes
  1. I'm guessing on the serving size, because I served it as a salad among a whole bunch of other salads, people just took small serving sizes.
