These Parmesan carrot shoestring fires are a crunchy, cheesy healthy alternative snack.
Ingredients
- 1 bag of julienne cut carrots
- 2 TBSP canola oil
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Lay out carrots on paper towel and dry off carrots
- Put the carrots in a mixing bowl
- In a separate bowl whisk together oil and Parmesan cheese then our oven carrots and mix together
- Lay carrots out on a large baking sheet and put in the oven for 30 minutes
- Flip carrots throughout cooking
