Cream Cheese Peanut Butter Fudge


Have your sweets without guilt with this low carb cream cheese peanut butter fudge. No sugar added and just 1.5g carbs a square!

Ingredients


  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened peanut butter add 1/4 tsp salt if unsalted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Sukrin Melis or Swerve Confectioners
  • 1 teaspoon stevia concentrated powder
  • 1/2 cup unflavored whey protein 80 g

Instructions

  1. Line a 9x9 square pan with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In saucepan over medium heat, melt cream cheese and butter together.
  3. Add peanut butter and stir until smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredient. Blend with electric mixer until well combined.
  5. Pour fudge into prepared pan and spread out evenly.
  6. Chill in refrigerator until set.
