CROCKPOT BEEF STEW


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package stew meat
  • 1-2 tbsps AP flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 1 onion
  • 2 small bay leaves
  • 1 1/2 cups of beef broth.
  • 1-2 tbsps Worcestershire sauce
  • DIRECTIONS:

    1. Add the stew meat to the bottom of your crock pot and toss with the flour, salt, and pepper. Add the rest of the ingredients.
    2. Cover and cook on high 4-6 hours or low 8-10 hours.
